Child Safety Standards

LovelyMatch is intended solely for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 18 to create accounts or use any part of the service.

During onboarding we collect a birthdate and use it to enforce an 18+ age gate. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently removed.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, or any content that depicts, promotes, or endangers minors.

We report any suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required by law.

Every user profile, chat, live stream, and group includes clear Report and Block buttons. Reports can be submitted for harassment, spam, nudity, underage users, impersonation, threats, or other safety concerns.

Reported content and users are reviewed promptly. Violations can result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination.

We combine automated safety scanning with human review to detect and remove harmful content, fake profiles, and policy violations.

Users can block any other user at any time. A block prevents all direct messaging, matching, and profile interaction between the two accounts.

We do not display exact location coordinates publicly; only approximate distance is shown to other users.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account on LovelyMatch, please contact us immediately at safety@lovelymatch.app with the relevant details so we can investigate and remove the account.

We cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations in investigations related to child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment. We preserve records and respond to valid legal requests in accordance with applicable law.
